The 5th Canadian Quality Congress Announced.

The Canadian Society for Quality is pleased to announce announce the location and dates for the 5th Annual Canadian Quality Congress. Calgary, Alberta will host this years Congress on September 23 to 25, 2013. Previous locations of the Congress have included Winnipeg, Vancouver and Ottawa.

The Canadian Quality Congress is the largest gathering of Quality professionals in English speaking Canada. The theme for this years Congress is The Energy Driving Change. Quality is the energy driving change but not just any change–productive change. We look forward to hearing from professionals from  Canada, the United States, South America and China/South-East Asia on how Quality is driving productive change in industry and government.

This being Calgary, there will be some special emphasis on the energy industry including applications of Quality Improvement approaches such as Lean and Lean Six Sigma in  conventional and non-conventional oil and gas.
