The following social events are incorporated into the conference program and are complimentary for fully registered conference delegates to attend provided that they are wearing the conference name badge and are registered in advance.

OPENING RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will take place at ….building located at ……in the evening of Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided while a musical trio will be playing light jazz and contemporary music. Entertainment will be provided by Violin and Guitar Musician Services. A cash bar will be open for the duration of the event.

Guests are welcome to attend this reception, provided they register in advance.

Conference Banquet

The annual Canadian Quality Congress Banquet and Awards festivities will begin at 6:00pm in the Student Union Building (SUB) Ballroom located at Student Union Blvd. on Wednesday, June 28, 2012. The banquet reception, from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm, will include light snacks and a cash bar along with entertainment. The awards ceremony will be held between 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The buffet dinner will start at 7:30pm, followed by dancing to music spun by DJ Mat Ste-Marie.

Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony will take place in Conf Center on Friday, June 29, 2012 immediately following the last paper presentation.
